REturn & Exchange

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept any returns on our waist trainers that are taken out of their original packaging (waist trainer, sweat belt, resistance band & hot cream). However, we do allow for size exchanges if you have received an item and it does not fit.

CAN I EXHCNAGE A SIZE IF IT DOES NOT FIT?

Exchanges are accepted if the product have not been worn or washed and we reserve the right to return items that have clearly been used. You have 14 days to notify us if you would like an exchange from the date of item receipt via info@shopkimel.com or IG @kimelwaistrainer. We process exchanges on any unused items when returned by post to KIMEL in the same condition sold to you, within 14 days of your notification.

We do not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay exchange charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.

We do not offer free returns (postage must be paid by the customer).

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT FROM A BUNDEL ?

Yes! We can easily exchange one product from a bundle for another size or product without you needing to return the rest of the bundle, but we do not offer refunds. If you purchased a bundle costing €100 and the product you want to exchange is a waist trainer costing €55, you can choose another product up to that amount. All exchanges are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I RECEIVED A FAULT ITEM ?

All items come with a 60 Day Warranty from the date the product is received. We can only provide a refund on faulty items that have not been worn. In the case that your item is faulty within this time frame, please email us at info@shopkime.com or IG @Kimelwaistrainer for a replacement product.  We will be happy to provide a replacement as long as you are in the 60 Day Warranty period. We take care of all sending cost.
